Sarah runs 10k

sarah Bourne is raising money for Assert (B&H)
My story
Sarah will be doing her best to run her first 10k race for Assert. Training began on the 10th January and there have already been several days where walking has been challenging following tough PT sessions! Please help Sarah with the encouragement she needs over the next 8 weeks. She will be training a minimum of 3 times per week and this hard work will culminate in a race on the 10th March in Worthing.
