My story
It's time for the annual BDTKD Kickathon! Four sets of different kicks (3 minutes straight of kicking each round!) to raise money for Leighton Hospital's Neonatal Unit.
This unit looked after Mrs Fearon's baby when he was born as he was extremely poorly. It was touch and go to begin with, but thanks to the tireless effort of the NICU he made a full recovery and is now a wonderful little boy who is gearing up to start school (where does the time go!).
Each year we do our Kickathon to raise as much money as possible as a way to thank the NICU for everything they did and to help buy equipment to help both babies and parents who find themselves in the NICU. Over the 3 years that we have been doing the Kickathon for the NICU we have raised over £4000 which is amazing, so I hope you can all help us in raising as much money as possible for such an amazing cause!
