Mandy Hunter is raising money for Worldwide Veterinary Service
My name is Mandy and I am a member of The Worldwide Veterinary Service.I have lost 2 stone in weight to date. Two years ago I was a healthy size 10 on my wedding day but due to a medical condition and medication, my weight has rocketed. I intend to do something about it AND help WVS in the process. I have a further 3 stone to lose.
I volunteer for various animal charities by taking part in street collections, charity stalls, helping out at local events etc.. But it was after seeing Vet Adventures on tv that I was overwhelmed with emotion and became so motivated to help this charity to carry out its work. Ok, my input maybe small in the scheme of things but anyone who has seen the programme or has visited the WVS website will know how much good work has been done already. It's so amazing that so much can be done with just a few resources, helping both animals and owners.
It's a bit of a daunting task to lose 5 stone but I WILL succeed. Whenever I need that extra bit of motivation, I will watch a recording of an episode from the series.
Please sponsor me by making a donation /pledge and help me to raise funds for this most worthy charity. Even a little, really can go a long way.
Thank you,
Mandy
