Beatrice and Miriam’s Half Marathon for WaterAid

Hi, we're Beatrice and Miriam and on the 12th of April 2026, we will be participating in the London Landmarks Half Marathon in support of WaterAid!!!🩵🏃‍♀️💦
WaterAid is an exceptional charity dedicated to providing essential water and sanitation services (including access to clean taps, sinks and toilets) to communities and schools in need. The organisation operates across numerous countries in Africa, Asia and South America, with a particular focus on communities most severely affected by climate change and lacking reliable water and hygiene infrastructure.
Their work plays a vital role in preventing the spread of waterborne illnesses such as cholera, dysentery, typhoid fever and a range of deadly parasitic diseases. In addition, WaterAid advocates for policy change, urging decision-makers and service providers to prioritise the specific needs of women and girls.
