Benjamin's Tzedakah Project

Benjamin Hilton has chosen as his Tzedakah project to cook a three course meal for eight people. The Charity he has chosen is the Aegis Trust at the Beth Shalom Holocaust Centre near Nottingham. A family has come forward with the first donation of £500 and we are looking for further donations to send a handsome cheque to them. This can be gift aided as well. The meal will be served to selected supporters of the Holocaust Centre, and the menu will be as follows:
"Oeufs de saumon fumé au four" served with asparagus (baked eggs and smoked salmon)
Trout with an orange sauce served with a potato salad and braised vegetables
Baked Pears, Strawberry Bread and Vanilla Ice Cream
Tea and Coffee
