My story
I've told anyone who would listen that I cycled the west coast of Ireland in 2023. I was starting to tire of the story myself in recent months. So, I've decided to cycle the east coast this summer with Birmingham Irish Cycle Appeal (BICA).
This time, 600 miles in 7 days. Giants Causeway to Blarney Castle.
The charities we are supporting include:
