BICA west coast Ireland charity cycle

The Birmingham Irish Cycle Appeal is a group of keen cyclists mainly of Irish decent, who live or are connected with Birmingham.
For many years BICA has organised a charity cycling event usually, a multi day ride in Ireland.  The purpose of the event is to raise as much money as possible for charities connected to the cyclists own hearts.
I rode with BICA last year for the first time covering a distance of about 600 miles Over 6 days from the north to the south of Ireland following the East Coast.  Just over £103000 was raised collectively by the group.
This years ride is similar to last but from the south to the north of Ireland following the West Coast.
