My story
500km+ dressed as a Ballbag; 1 goal: to save lives!
I'm taking on the Brighton Marathon, London Marathon, running across the country (Hadrian's Wall), taking on a 100km Ultramarathon (+ much more!) - all dressed as a giant pair of balls - because #TalkingBollocks saves lives.
My family founded The Robin Cancer Trust in 2012 after tragically losing our son & brother, Robin, to testicular cancer - aged just 24.
Our hope has always been to prevent another family from going through what we did - so I have dedicated my life to reaching as many young people as possible with our life-saving cancer awareness, education, and support services.
Every year 2,400 men are diagnosed with testicular cancer in the UK - but it’s 96% curable if caught early.
I am on a mission to get the UK #TalkingBollocks with my BIG BALLSY CHALLENGE - raising vital funds and awareness that will ultimately save lives.
But I need your help.
I'm aiming to raise £240,000 so The Robin Cancer Trust can educate, engage, support the 2,400 men diagnosed with testicular cancer every year.
Together we can:
- Break the stigma and reduce embarrassment, and start men talking about their health.
- Raise awareness, deliver life-saving education and get men checking themselves!
- Create community and support those affected by testicular cancer
- Save lives
Thank you.
