My story
Alys and I will be putting on our running shoes for the first time and running 10k to raise funds for the amazing work the Paul Ridd Foundation do for those with learning disabilities.
The Paul Ridd Foundation has been created to support people with learning disabilities, their families and carers when needing secondary health care to make sure they have equal access to health care.
We want people with a learning disability to be valued in society and receive a fair and equitable service when receiving healthcare. With Joel's disability, this is a charity that is close to our hearts, and we appreciate any donations.
