Brendan's BICA 2026 - Mizen Head to Malin Head Cycle Challenge 2026

Hi folks, this summer, I’ll be riding along with some great friends from the Birmingham Irish Cycle Appeal as we complete the Wild Atlantic Way ride from Mizen Head to Malin Head. The trip, totaling over 909Km, will take us along Ireland’s West Coast between the 17th and 24th of July 2026. While this will be a big challenge and will push myself and everyone else, it’s all for some great causes and will be great craic.

This will be my third annual BICA ride, having completed the 32 Counties ride in 2024 and the East Coast ride in 2025. Both trips allowed me to journey through beautiful countryside and make some amazing memories that will be with me forever. I’m looking forward to doing the same this year, while also raising money for some amazing charities.

• Cancer Fund for Children Ireland
