My story

I will be participating in the Cardiff 10k next Sunday, the 7th, and the Cardiff Half Marathon in support of a remarkable charity, the Paul Ridd Foundation. Their mission is to make a positive impact on individuals with learning disabilities by raising general awareness about the challenges they encounter when accessing healthcare. For further information on their commendable work, please follow the provided link.
