My story
No one talks about it, its always hush hush, the shame, the guilt, feeling like you are not worth anything.
It is thought that 1 in 20 children are sexually abused in the UK alone, a horrifying figure.
This issue is very close to my heart and now as a healed and thriving adult I want to do something about it.
I am not going to hide in the shadows of shame anymore.
Lets support children that have suffered and MOST IMPORTANTLY PREVENT IT from happening.
I will be running LIVE meditations every night for 30 days and also completing 30 burpees a day for 30 days..... starting march 1st
