Our story
Molly and I are kayaking and rowing the thames on a 40km stretch to help raise awareness and raise funds to help contribute to the change foundation's efforts to change young people's lives with sport. The Change Foundation is an award-winning UK charity. Over the last 40 years it has used sport to change the lives of marginalised young people. They deliver targeted long-term interventions through coach mentors with lived experience,providing regular sport, personalised mentoring, and widertailored support. Help us help them, whatever you can contribute counts and will make a difference!
