My story
One in two of us will be affected by dementia—either living with it or caring for someone who is. It touches more lives than most people realize.
This year, I’m turning 60, and instead of gifts, I’m asking for something that matters: support for Dementia Forward, a brilliant charity helping people across North Yorkshire live well with dementia.
To do my bit, I’m taking on two challenges:
In September, I’ll tackle the Skipton Three Peaks.
In October, I’ll run 10 miles through York (they say it’s flat—let’s hope they’re right!).
