The Long Way Round. Running 100 miles from Newport to Cardiff.

In June 2023 Berni & Clare will attempt to run 100 miles in one go. We're not sure we'll make it, but we're going to give it our best shot. We start in Newport and end in Cardiff, yes we know that's not 100 miles, but it is if you go via Brecon. So we are going to do that, obviously. We are doing this in support of the Lucy Faithfull Foundation, which is the only UK-wide child protection charity dedicated solely to preventing child sexual abuse.
