Claremont Virtual Challenge to Barcelona!

One25 have been selected as one of Claremont's charities to support this year.

Helping vulnerable women escape poverty, addiction and violence.
They’re somebody’s daughter, somebody’s sister, even somebody’s mother…
Most of the vulnerable women we see on the streets are homeless, acutely malnourished and addicted to drugs and/or alcohol. The women we meet are in desperate situations. They are 12 times more likely to be murdered than other women. About 80% experience homelessness, 92% have chronic ill health and all are addicted to drugs and/or alcohol. These women have all experienced domestic or sexual violence and many also experienced childhood trauma.

31 of Claremonts employee's are now planning to use our daily exercise to walk, run and cycle approx 900 miles to Barcelona, all within 2 weeks, to help raise money for our selected charity. You can follow our progress as a team here:
