Coast to Coast in 1 Day

On 3rd August Philip Cooper, David Woosnam (sometimes known as Freddie) and I will attempt the coast to coast in a day - roughly 135 miles with a few hills thrown in. Its made more challenging as we're trying to chase down another group who are doing the ride in 3 days. Both rides are in aid of a project called Acorn Community Care, a farm based in Yorkshire catering for young adults with learning difficulties. Have a read of the page.
