My story
In October this year I will be cycling 370km through the fascinating country Cuba. This will be a challenging ride with a variety of terrains, weather conditions and daily distances. It is a long time since I did a ride of this duration, so I am busy trying to get cycle fit before I start.
I am supporting our local Dementia Forward charity as they support the care, treatment and wellbeing of dementia sufferers and their carers.
Please help me to reach my target, all the money raised goes directly to Dementia Forward as I have paid all the expenses for the cycle ride myself.
