Daisy climbs Mount Kilimanjaro

I am going to be climbing Mount Kilimanjaro for the charity Ride High on the 4th to 14th September 2011. The climb will take 6 days and be incredibly tough (I get tired walking up the hill to my house!!) but I am doing it others and between us we hope to raise £20,000!

Ride High is a Milton Keynes registered charity which aims to change the prospects of some of Milton Keynes most disadvantaged children. They do this by teaching them to ride and care for horses, by helping develop their social and literacy skills and by facilitating volunteering and work experience placements. The children helped are all referred by childcare professionals and may be suicidal, self harming, in foster care, excluded from school, caring for a parent or living in an environment dominated by poverty, drugs or alcohol. Ride High help over 60 children a week many on a long term basis and see remarkable change in so many.
