Thank you for visiting my page. I will be riding 100 miles in the Ride London-Essex event on 29th May 2022, raising money to support work of The Lord's Taverners.

Lord's Taveners works across the UK and beyond to provide inclusive and impactful programmes, empowering young people with disabilities and from disadvantaged communities to develop the knowledge, skills, capabilities and confidence required to overcome the challenges of inequality, raise their aspirations and reach their potential, all through sport. They provide opportunities for young people to play cricket, Wheelchair Basketball, Boccia England, and Wheelchair Rugby.

The Ride 100 is the cycling equivalent of the London Marathon. Whilst I have spent a lot of time on my bike in the last couple of years, this represents a significant challenge: I have never ridden 100 miles in one go before, and did my current longest one day ride of 80 miles back in 2016!
