30 Squared 🏃‍♂️

I am running 30 consecutive 30 milers to mark my 30th birthday and aiming to raise £30,000. I aim to support Hospice at Home West Cumbria with a minimum of £25,000. Whilst also looking to provide a minimum of £5,000 for Hearts of Gold via offline donations in order to assist them in becoming a charitable organisation and claim gift aid going forward ❤️.

Hospice at home west Cumbria are the the only provider of adult home nursing for end of life and palliative care. Every penny raised stays in west Cumbria and goes straight into their services in the local community. They offer various services to families going through difficult times, including family and bereavement and complementary therapies to not just the patient but the family and carers around them.

Hearts of gold West Cumbria provide a helping hand for local families in whatever way they can. This ranges from providing food, clothing or household items for those that otherwise may not be able to afford too due to cost of living crisis.
