What I am Doing?

On September the 29th I will be running the Nottingham Robin Hood Half Marathon for a great local cause.

Having run several 10k races this year, I have decided to double the distance and give it a shot at the Half Marathon (13.1Miles, 21K).. While at it I thought that this would be a great opportunity to raise some cash at the same time.

Who am I Doing it For?

The Derby Soup Run is a cause which is local to my area and which I have supported along with my colleagues over the last year. Based out of Osmaston Road Baptist Church, the charity operates 365 days of the year.

They provide meals and drinks for those who are less fortunate and who do not have facilities to cook, make hot meals and drinks for themselves.

The Derby Soup Run group also provide blankets and accepts clothing donations to provide to the homeless people of Derby.

Please please please help support this great cause, all donations no matter how small are greatly received.
