My story
We, (Duane and Liam), both lost someone very, very special to each of us, which will change our lives forever...
We will both be doing a parachute jump on 28th June this year to help raise funds for our chosen charity.
ALL MONEY WILL GO TO THE CHARITIES AS WE ARE PAYING FOR THE JUMPS OURSELVES
Duane- "I lost my beautiful mum at the young age of 69 to Sepsis in July 22'. My family's lives will never be the same as she was the root of our family and missed so very, very much. Sepsis was something I had 'heard' of but never really knew exactly what it was until it affected my family.
I want to raise awareness of how serious Sepsis is; can affect anyone and everyone & change lives very quickly! By raising money, this will help the charity do the good work in supporting others through Sepsis and hopefully enable others to have a bit more understanding of what it is."
Liam- "I lost my amazing dad in April 24' - he was only 63! Dad was my world and I miss him each and every day. He was not only my dad, but also my mate. Dad suffered a heart attack whilst driving with me as a passenger. Many emergency services arrived to help him, including the East Anglian Air Ambulance. Unfortunately, after everyone trying their best, my dad sadly passed away later this day. We all hope that we would never need these emergency services and without supporting/fundraising from the general public, they would not be there."
We both ask you to give whatever you can afford to help us support these fantastic charities to continue doing the amazing work they do each and every day.
