Our story
This year, Duchy Hospital is proud to be supporting Dementia Forward as our Charity of the Year.
Dementia affects thousands of families across our community, and Dementia Forward provides vital support, guidance, and resources to people living with dementia as well as their families and carers.
Our staff selected Dementia Forward because of the incredible work the charity does locally and the real difference it makes to those facing the challenges of dementia.
Throughout the year our team will be taking part in a range of fundraising activities to help support this important cause. Every donation, no matter the size, will help Dementia Forward continue providing essential services and support to those who need it most.
