Time to make a difference

It taken me nearly 20 years to openly admit that I have and do suffer from anxiety and depression. It is a subject people often don?t openly talk about... but it?s time to start! I created this short film to create awareness for an illness that even though it might not seem visible it is very serious! I am an actress, I am a dancer and I am a singer and I use all 3 to help me through the darks times. I often find myself in a dance studio when I?m at my lowest. And I think it?s time people try and help others through mental illnesses and this is what Invictus trust does.
