My story
Hello! I'm Elsa, I'm French, I live in London and I LOVE running.
I started running with my dad when I was 10 years old and 23 years later I'm ready to run the London marathon for Chinmaya Mission!
I got to know Chinmaya Mission through my 'new' family (I got married early this year :-)).
This association is doing an amazing work at providing individuals from any background the practical means for personal growth and development, enabling them to become positive contributors to society.
Chinmaya Mission is also actively involved in social services focussing especially on disadvantaged and underprivileged people. Hundreds of thousands of people benefit from the Mission’s schools, colleges, hospitals, diagnostic centres, old age homes and rural village development projects.
Chinmaya Mission UK is run entirely by volunteers and nearly all activities are free to attend. In the spirit of the Vedic tradition that the highest knowledge should be given freely to all.
