My story
My sister, Amy, and I will be taking part in a 10k run in November, in memory of a close family friend, Phil Thomas.
Last year, Phil received the devastating news that he had Motor Neurone Disease (MND). He had lots of support from his loving family and friends and also from Y Bwthyn Hospice who provided treatment and care but sadly, Phil lost his battle in January this year.
