I shall be cycling across Cyprus in October with the Birmingham Irish Cycle Appeal (BICA) with the aim of raising money for several much deserving smaller charities including; Birmingham Irish Dementia Care Centre, UHCW Robotic Surgery Console, Ladies Fighting Breast Cancer, Kingsbury Academy SEN School, and Teenage Cancer Trust. The route takes in the Troodos Mountains and covers about 380 miles over five days. All on the trip fund their own travel and accommodation so any money raised goes direct to the charitable causes.
