My story
We're off to Ireland to ride all 32 Counties this year. Looking forward to visiting old haunts and all those places I've yet to visit. Along the way we'll be raising funds for small charities and individuals local to Birmingham and the West Midlands.
Your donations really make a difference with all monies raised going direct to the charities and individual causes. This year the local causes include; It Takes Balls To Talk, Safeline – Believe In You, UHCW Lung Cancer Research, Beads of Courage, Father Hudson’s Care – Tabor Living & St Chads Sanctuary, and BIA Tuesday Club.
Beads of Courage seeks to help children with mental health issues and Tabor Living & St Chads Sanctuary seeks to help the homeless - both are very important to me.
Just as one example of where BICA has made a real difference over very recent years is at the Kingsbury
Academy special school where a contribution of £13K went a long way to delivering a much needed playground with specialised play facilities.
Thank you for checking out my page. Making a donation is fast, easy and secure thanks to Give as you Live Donate. They'll take your donation and pass it onto Birmingham Irish Cycle Appeal.
