My story
I am undertaking a hike the distance of a marathon (42km) in a day from Glencoe to Ben Nevis which has been called "one of Scotland's toughest treks".
This challenge is in aid of the Lord's Taverners charity which empowers disadvantaged and disabled young people to fulfil their potential and build life skills through sports. Lord's Taverners is particularly close to my heart as my Dad is Chairman of the charity and I have seen the amazing work that has been achieved throughout the years.
