Great North Run

For those who know me am not a runner I moan and say I hate it but yet I still give it a go 😂😂 am more a Jeffer really.
So me and Andy with the support of my amazing friend Carla thought we would have a go at a half marathon (which is also our 10th wedding anniversary that day)
Training has been tough and i’ve had few tears on the way but I am feeling excited. We’ve got this 🤦‍♀️
This is a big achievement so while am effing and jeffing (see what a did there) my way round a thought lets try and do some good as well. So We chose Senior Staffied and Oldies dog rescue. No other reason than it's a fabulous charity helping to rehome senior staffies and old dogs that often find it hard to get home. Our Ted proper approves of this after being rehomed to us. Although a think poor Ted is done with the running 😂
