Raising money for Wellspring - Manchester Great Run Half Marathon

I think we've all noticed the increasing problem of homelessness in Stockport recently and while I would never encourage begging I definitely think we should all be doing as much as possible to help our local charities and volunteers who help massively in supporting the homeless in and around Stockport. I've registered to run the 'Great Manchester Run' Half Marathon this year after previously attending the events 10k runs the past two years. I thought I'd rise to the challenge of the longer distance this time, training has been going very well so i'd really appreciate if we can raise some money & awareness for our wonderful local Charity "The Wellspring".
