Helen Batchelor is raising money for ISLE OF WIGHT YOUTH TRUST
My story
On Sunday 21 April I'll have the amazing opportunity to run the London Marathon! Training has gone well, although my old bones are having difficulty holding up now, and I'm supplementing my healthy diet with regular pain killers! I can only think it's the latter which are causing me to put on weight (of course its not the cake)!!
I've chosen to support the work of the Isle of Wight Youth Trust, through sponsorship. The Trust has been operational for over 25 years, and offers general counselling to young people and a specific programme to manage drug/alcohol dependency. They are desperately in need of new equipment to support their work- resources, toys and furniture for their waiting and consulting rooms.
