Help me fundraise for a once in lifetime trip to Cape Town!

I am really excited to say that I've recently been given the amazing and unique opportunity to go to Cape Town this March with the fantastic Kinetika Bloco!  Kinetika Bloco are a Youth Music Performance group & I've have been involved with them since I was 11, attending weekly sessions, their summer schools & playing (in the drum section) in many fantastic shows. I took their leadership course last year & have really enjoyed volunteering in their after school & holiday music clubs, helping support & teach other young people drums. Kinetika Bloco has taught me me so much, from how to be a better musician, to how to teach music & lead sessions, to how to become a better and friendlier person in general. I have made some of my best memories with Bloco and met amazing people. To now have the chance to go on this once in a lifetime trip with them to South Africa is a dream come true. While in Cape Town we will spend time with another youth music group, learn lots of new music, (see penguins!), attend various culture & music related workshops, learn about South Africa's complex and deeply interesting history, & get to perform in the Cape Town Carnival!  On our return I will be sharing, together with Kinetika Bloco, what we've learnt through public performances and workshops for young people.  I will be documenting the trip & sharing the video I make with everyone.  I am asking for your help to raise £300 towards the trip - I will be contributing personally to this amount too and the amazing Kinetika Bloco funds the rest of the trip.  If it's possible for you, any amount you can contribute, or spreading the word, would be amazing & any extra amount fundraised goes to Kinetika Bloco.
