💪 Henal vs. Ben Nevis, Scafell & Snowdon! 🌄

🚨 I’m about to do something totally bonkers… for a cause that matters even more!

On 16th May, I’m taking on the UK’s 3 Peaks Challenge... Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike & Snowdon… in 24 HOURS! 🌄💪😅

It’s going to be tough, sweaty, and slightly terrifying, but also incredible, exhilarating, and 100% unforgettable! 🎉

But that’s not all…

To prepare (and make things a little more interesting 😭),  I’m taking on an extra challenge:
climbing the equivalent of each mountain on the Stairmaster.

Each mountain summit is split into two sessions, a morning and evening climb, meaning double the effort, double the sweat, and a lot of questionable life choices.

I’ll take on a different peak, tracking every floor as I go! 🪜
