Highcroft Honey

Highcroft is set in the South Oxfordshire countryside, and as part of our continued support of sustainability & the community, we had 3 hives constructed on an area of wild flowers & meadow flora.
Our bees have been working hard since 2022............ our Queen bee even took a holiday & we thought all was lost................ until she returned to claim her hive & bees.
18 months later and we have honey. Our bees have produce in excess of 20 pounds of honey, which we have had extracted by our local bee keepers who look after the bees and it has been put into jars & distributed, in exchange for a small donation.
We look forward to 2025 when we will have our next batch.
