My inaugural HYROX competition!!!!

Following the loss of our former friend and colleague Nick Bacon I’m raising money for both the British Heart foundation and McMillan Cancer, the latter are the event affiliated charity whom has enabled me to enter.

ExCeL London, Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, London E16 1XL

I'm competing in eight intense circuit stages divided by a one kilometre run between each stage (8 Runs). Just ten days out and I have no specific training (I did the sled push for the first time on 20th Nov.) so am reliant on previous triathlon fitness.
