We always enjoyed chatting to Paul when we met in the park whilst walking the dogs.
Stephen Jeffery is raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support, The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity and Pancreatic Cancer UK
Paul Catchpole was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer on January 31, 2025 and passed away on November 13.
The three charities in this fundraiser are:
Macmillan will do whatever it takes to help everyone living with cancer across the UK get the support they need right now and transform cancer care for everyone who will be diagnosed in the future.
One of his chosen charities was Macmillan Cancer Support, so this fundraiser is in memory of Paul, but also of his Dad and all of the other friends and family lost due to cancer.
Pancreatic Cancer UK go above and beyond for everyone affected by this disease. Right now, half of people with pancreatic cancer die within three months of diagnosis. Families are left with only hope to hold onto. They need more. So, they do more.
Please help support Pancreatic Cancer UK in memory of Paul.
The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity raises money to improve the lives of people affected by cancer. They ensure The Royal Marsden’s world-leading nurses, doctors and research teams can provide the very best care and develop life-saving treatments, which are used across the UK and around the world.
There were many, many people supporting Paul throughout his illness, and the staff at the Royal Marsden Hospital were there for Paul throughout.
