I feel incredibly privileged to be one of the placement counsellors at Muma Nurture, a charity that provides specialist support for people navigating infertility, pregnancy and baby loss, birth trauma and perinatal mental health.

I see the difference it makes when someone is given a safe, compassionate space to share experiences that are so often carried in silence. Muma Nurture doesn't just offer counselling—it creates a community where people feel understood, accepted and no longer alone.
