Jamie's Hampton Court Palace 10K run supporting DEBRA

I am competing in my first ever run. I have always wanted to do this but always been hampered by knee problems. Anyway this is not about me, this is about the charity DEBRA. DEBRA first came to my attention when Graeme Souness decided to swim the channel in support of the charity. DEBRA provides care and support to improve quality of life for people living with EB, and to fund pioneering research to find effective treatments and, ultimately cure(s) for EB.

I have children and it broke my heart to see the children in the videos explaining the pain they go through on a daily basis. Children should not have to suffer pain and distress like this. I can see why Graeme Souness got so attached to this charity and the sufferers of EB.

This is my first step on my running for charity journey and I would love for you to give whatever you can to support this fantastic charity. If I could raise £200 in my first run, I'd be over the moon!
