My story
Hia,
Myself, and a few others done a 21 mile walk along the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal last Friday. The less experienced, and the very unfit, (ME), only managed 12 miles but we suffered the next day. Hafan Cymru is a charitable organisation operating across Wales, providing housing and support services to women, men and their children, particularly those escaping Domestic Abuse if you would like to make a donation please follow my link.
