My story
It's that time of year when we walk to raise funds to find a cure for Type 1 Diabetes. A cause that is very close to our hearts. The JDRF One Walk takes place in Cardiff every year and all funds raised go towards finding a cure and improving managing type 1 diabetes on a daily basis - which is a never ending challenge!
