Lotty Jackson is raising money for Birmingham Irish Cycle Appeal
This July, Jerry and I will be taking on an incredible challenge: cycling from Mizen Head to Malin Head along the stunning west coast of Ireland – a journey of approximately 700 miles. 🇮🇪🚴
We are proud to be completing this challenge with BICA (Birmingham Irish Cycling Association) while raising money for six fantastic charities that do amazing work in our communities.
We know there are many worthy causes and fundraising events competing for support, so we are incredibly grateful for any donation, no matter how small. Every contribution makes a difference and helps these charities continue their valuable work.
The cycling challenge is just part of a busy summer of endurance events. As part of my training, I will be swimming one mile across Lake Windermere in June.
Then, in August, Jerry and I will take on a Half Ironman triathlon, consisting of:
🏊 1.2-mile swim
🚴 50-mile bike ride
🏃 Half marathon
It promises to be a challenging few months, but knowing we are raising money for such worthwhile causes will keep us motivated every step, pedal stroke and swim stroke of the way.
If you are able to support us, we would be hugely grateful. Thank you for taking the time to read our story and for any donation you can make.
Lots of love
Lotty & Jerry xx
