John and Jimmy's Cycle/Swim Challenge

My Dad and his mate Jimmy have set themselves another challenge!
On Saturday 22nd August (the eve of my Dad's 68th Birthday) they intend to cycle 20 miles from Warrington to Salford Quays, open-swim 400 metres in Salford Quays(possibly even further depending on how they feel?!? Personally I would rather they stop at 400!) then cycle the 20 miles home.
They are hoping to raise money for Playability. Playability is a local charity that provides holiday playschemes, youth clubs, swimming lessons and Christmas Parties for special needs children in Warrington. They are a charity close to our hearts as they provide all of my son Leon's out of school activities. Leon has Autism and regular clubs and playschemes aren't suitable for him. Any amount, big or small, would be much appreciated and would help to provide future clubs, so that Leon and other local children with special needs have a chance to enjoy themselves with their friends.
