My story

The Birmingham Irish Cycling Appeal (BICA) is a Birmingham based charity raising money for local good causes through cycling events.  The BICA main event is in July 2025, when I, with a group of BICA cyclists, will embark on a 600 mile cycle ride from the north to the south of Ireland along the east coast. Covering about 600 miles in 6 days, averaging 100 miles per day, This year we are raising funds for the following charities:
Marie curie Hospice Solihull
St Edward’s Trust
St. Vincent De Paul
The Giles Trust
The Cancer Fund for Children
Solas Cancer SupportCentre
It is anticipated that BICA will raise several thousand pounds during 2025 as they have done so for the past 20 years, through its various cycling events.  To support these local charities
Your support for my ride would be greatly appreciated.
