I'm paddling 5 miles down the river Adur to Shoreham support the Change foundation.

On Saturday 9th October supporters of The Change Foundation will be tackling the time and tide with a race down the river Adur in West Sussex, from Upper Beeding all the way to Shoreham.

The 7 km challenge will begin at the St Peter's Church, Upper Beeding, Steyning, BN44 3HD and end in Shoreham-By-Sea.

The Change Foundation is an award-winning charity that uses sport to change the lives of marginalised young people. We deliver targeted long-term interventions for the most vulnerable young people through Coach Mentors with lived experience, providing regular sport, personalised mentoring and pathways into further education, training and employment.
