Journey Team Challenge for Change - The 3 Peaks

| A group of us from the Journey team are taking on the Three Peaks Challenge to raise money for The Change Foundation. A charity many of us have seen in action first‑hand. They were previously one of our workplace charity partners, and some of us have had the opportunity to visit their headquarters and experience the incredible work they do to support young people. The funds we raise will go directly towards their vital employability programmes, helping young people build confidence, develop essential skills and access the networks they need to take their first steps into meaningful careers. Demand for this support has never been greater, and knowing that our efforts can contribute to real and lasting change is what will help motivates us as we take on this challenge.
