Journey Team Challenge for Change - The 3 Peaks

| A group of us from the Journey team are taking on the monumental 24 hour Three Peak Challenge to raise money for The Change Foundation. We are aiming to reach the summit of the highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales, all in 24 short hours.The Change Foundation is a charity many of us have been blessed to have seen in action first-hand. They were previously one of our workplace charity partners, and some of us have had the opportunity to visit their headquarters and experience the incredible work they do to support marginalised young people.These are young people affected by physical disabilities, by social injustice, by mental health struggles and it offers programmes to support these young people to have access to the best possible futures. The foundation uses sport, education and campaigns to provide this support. The funds we raise will go directly towards their vital employability programmes, helping young people to build confidence, develop essential skills and access the networks they need to take their first step into meaningful careers. Demand for this support has never been greater, and knowing that our efforts can contribute to real and lasting change is what will help motivate us as we take on this challenge.
