J's Marathon Challenge

For several years, my close friends and family have patiently listened as I have expressed my desire to complete a marathon.   So, I have finally pulled myself together  and entered the TCS London Marathon. 
 
Some may suggest that I’m embroiled in a midlife crisis, other would suggest that I’ve always had daft tendencies. Either way, delighted to share that I’m seeking to raise funds for 2 charities very close to my heart:
·       Blind in Business – Inspiring visually impaired people to achieve their career ambition
·       The Change Foundation – Transforming young lives through sport
 
The journey to this point has been awesome. Training began on 28th December 2024 and through snow, wind rain and even a touch of sunshine I have managed to stick to a plan which I hope will see me through to the finish line.
