Our vision is of a world in which everyone is able to build a future free from poverty. People living in rural areas really struggle to break out of the poverty cycle. We work closely with them to develop long term solutions to their poverty.

Established in 1960 in response to the plight of Eastern European refugees, FYF is a UK based charity with a track record of developing successful poverty-relief programmes that encourage self-sufficiency and independence. We work with partners in India and Malawi, supporting people in rural areas to tackle the poverty they face.
