Race for life Delemere Forest

For many years I've signed up and ran raising money for cancer research in memory of relatives and friend that have suffered this horrible disease, never did I think that this year it would be different and I'd be running, well jogging for myself, my mum and my new friends from Sams Diamonds. Since getting devastating results from a mammogram in November last year, my life has completely changed, from what I thought would be surgery and then Radiotherapy and being back to normal everyday life after Christmas. How Wrong was I ! I'm 1/3 of the way through chemotherapy and some days are tough but with the help and support of my fantastic family and my new 'Sams Diamonds' family, life is good and I'm fighting this with all my heart and strength. Sams Diamonds meet up, chat, laugh and give me great encouragement but also it gives me answers to my questions and strength to get through the hard days of chemo. I will be forever grateful and would love you to help me in raising money for the charity as it is so special to me.
